Why we don’t promise “same-day permanent teeth”: same-day bridges are acrylic temporaries. Your final zirconia bridge is made after 3–5 months of healing, so it fits and lasts.

Dr. Vitali Bondar
Dr. Bondar earned his first dental degree in Ukraine in 1992 and graduated from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in Loma Linda, California, in 1997. He has practiced in New Hampshire since 1999. In June 2002, he and his wife Anya, RN — our practice manager — opened the Smile Design Center. They have two daughters.
Off the clock, Dr. Bondar loves ocean kayaking — a solo paddle to the Isles of Shoals is the highlight of his season — and carpentry.

Before-surgery checklist
- One week before: stop aspirin and blood thinners (consult your physician first)
- One week before: stop vitamin C, garlic supplements and high-dose vitamin E
- One week before: stop all herbals, including green tea
- If prescribed an antibiotic, start it one hour before surgery
- Enjoy a good breakfast or lunch before surgery
- Take your regular medications unless Dr. Bondar directs otherwise
- No makeup or head and neck jewelry on surgery day
- Clear your calendar — no big events or strenuous exercise for a week

Yes. Your consultation is free and includes a 3D x-ray, so you leave with a clear, accurate treatment plan and price.
Same-day bridges are made from acrylic and are temporary. We place comfortable temporary teeth while your implants heal, then deliver a strong zirconia bridge after 3–5 months — the right way to a result that lasts.
KAT implants are a patented solid-body design invented by Dr. Bondar. In fatigue testing, the 3.1 mm KAT implant showed twice the strength of competitors’ 3.0–3.5 mm implants.
Because we have a full-service dental lab on site, many veneers, crowns and bridges can be made in as little as one day.
